This policy explains what Utmost Solutions LLC ("we") does with information on mlblessons.com (the "site"). We have deliberately kept this site simple, and this policy describes exactly what it does — nothing more.

What we collect

We collect only the information you type into our contact form and choose to send us: your name, email address, subject, message, and optionally your company and phone number. If you never use the contact form, we do not collect any personal information from you.

What we do with it

We use it for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you. When you submit the form, your message is emailed to us and a confirmation copy is emailed back to the address you provided. That's it.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
  • We do not use advertising or advertising networks.
  • We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party trackers.
  • We do not set cookies on this site.
  • We do not add you to any mailing list.

Hosting and service providers

This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront), and contact-form messages are processed by AWS Lambda and delivered using Amazon Simple Email Service. As part of normal operation, AWS records standard technical server logs, which can include your IP address, browser user-agent, and the time and path of your request. We use these only for security and to keep the site working. Our email is delivered to a Google (Gmail) mailbox, so messages you send us are stored there.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our email for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and for our ordinary business records. AWS technical logs age out on standard retention schedules.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@mlblessons.com. Since the only thing we typically hold is an email you sent us, we can usually honor that quickly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us and we will honor them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and your form submission is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
